Services

Andrew Gorton Digital provides pay-per-click (PPC) management, audit and consultancy services for Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Advertising. The exact scope of work is agreed with you in writing before any engagement begins.

Fees & Payment

Management fees are agreed in advance and invoiced monthly unless otherwise stated. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the relevant ad platform and is separate from management fees. Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.

Contract & Cancellation

Engagements begin with an initial term as agreed, after which they continue on a one-month rolling basis. Either party may end the arrangement by giving the notice period set out in your agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the relevant advertising accounts, website and any information reasonably required to deliver the services. You remain responsible for the content and legality of the products or services advertised.

Results & Liability

While I work to improve the performance of your campaigns, no specific results, rankings or returns can be guaranteed, as performance depends on factors outside my control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew Gorton Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of its services.

Intellectual Property

Any strategies, reports and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Andrew Gorton Digital unless otherwise agreed in writing.
